Modern Irish House

This mid-century modern house will be built from the ground up in the Irish Channel of New Orleans.  Kristen worked closely with the client to create the most economical design while achieving a beautiful space.  The extremely efficient floor plan includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths in 2120 sf.  Construction is about to start, so stay tuned!!

The AC equipment is located on the flat roof deck, allowing to maximize the 15' rear yard on this small 35'x60' lot.
