Esplanade Estate

These three beautiful residences are located off Esplanade Avenue in the Treme of New Orleans.  The first phase is to renovate the clients person residence: expanding the kitchen, rebuilding the exterior spaces, and building-out a guest suite, master boudoir and library.  

Chic Minimal Kitchen

The aesthetic is simply white with extraordinary moldings.  The client will have a painter come in and paint on the actual wall and create a tiled mosaic behind the kitchen sink and cooktop. 

Library

The gentleman of the house is an artist and collector.  The library millwork is designed to house special pieces for display while respecting all the historic trim throughout. 

Boudoir
